With the help of a map and a piece of string representing a 30-mile radius around Madison, Andrea and David began searching for their “forever” home. Janesville, Edgerton, Evansville, Lake Mills, and Oregon all provided the rural lifestyle they wanted to the south and east of Madison. The close proximity to the Glacial Drumlin State Trail.”…And soon to be even closer. In 2020 the connector path will begin construction, connecting Glacial Drumlin State Trail directly to the end of the street in The Vineyards at Cambridge.
What set Ideation Builders apart from other custom home builders that you researched?
“Once we decided on The Vineyards in August of 2018 we started interviewing custom builders. Of the three builders we met with, Josh with Ideation was the only builder to treat us like family! What a pleasure working with someone who’s trust in came so immediately and natural.

Being that we were still living in Las Vegas, and would be until February/March of 2019, made the trust of utmost importance to us. Now that June has come and we have officially moved in, we can look back and know that we made the best decision on our builder and realtor!”
